Allgemeine Regelung zur Wiederholung von Microsoft-Zertifizierungsprüfungen
- Wenn ein Kandidat die Prüfung beim ersten Mal nicht besteht, muss er 24 Stunden warten, bevor er die Prüfung wiederholen kann. Danach kann er sich in sein Zertifizierungsportal einloggen und die Prüfung selbst neu terminieren.
- Wenn ein Kandidat auch beim zweiten Mal keine ausreichende Punktzahl erreicht, muss er mindestens 14 Tage warten, bevor er die Prüfung ein drittes Mal ablegen kann.
- Zwischen dem dritten und vierten sowie zwischen dem vierten und fünften Versuch gilt zudem eine Wartezeit von 14 Tagen.
- Ein Kandidat darf eine bestimmte Prüfung höchstens fünfmal pro Jahr (12 Monate) ablegen. Diese 12-Monats-Frist beginnt mit dem ersten Prüfungsversuch. Der Kandidat ist berechtigt, die Prüfung 12 Monate nach dem Datum seines ersten Versuchs erneut abzulegen.
- Um eine bestimmte Prüfung mehr als fünfmal pro Jahr abzulegen oder die Wartezeit zwischen den Versuchen zu verkürzen, muss ein Kandidat einen der unten aufgeführten Fehler erlitten haben und eine Ausnahme bei Microsoft beantragen. Anträge sind an mlsecure@microsoft.com zu senden und müssen folgende Informationen enthalten:
