A Microsoft 365 Administrator is responsible for managing Exchange, Sharepoint & Teams while maintaining system security & the integrity of the admin center to ensure the smooth operational functioning of the Microsoft 365 network.
Yes, the certification was renamed; however, the same skill set remains to acquire it. M365: Enterprise Administrator Expert certification requires passing two exams: MS-100 and MS-101. Whereas, the current certification, M365 Admin Expert, requires passing only one exam, MS-102.
Initial Attempt: You can retake the exam right after your first attempt within 24 hours.
Retake Window: You can retake the exam 5 times in a year starting from the day of your first exam.
Waiting Period: There is a 14-day waiting period between all subsequent attempts (max 5)
Failure of All Attempts: In case you fail all 5 attempts, you can take the exam after a year of your first exam.
