Die Richtlinien für die Wiederholungsprüfung zur Adobe Certified Associate (ACA)-Zertifizierung lauten wie folgt:

  • Wenn ein Kandidat beim ersten Versuch einer Adobe Certified Associate (ACA)-Zertifizierungsprüfung durchfällt, gilt eine Wartezeit von einem Tag, bevor er die Prüfung ein zweites Mal ablegen kann. Ein Tag entspricht 24 Stunden ab Prüfungsbeginn.
  • Wenn ein Kandidat die Prüfung auch beim zweiten (2.) Mal nicht besteht, muss er ab dem Datum seines letzten Versuchs mindestens fünf (5) Kalendertage warten, bevor er die Prüfung ein drittes (3.) oder ein weiteres Mal wiederholen kann.
  • Diese Richtlinie gilt sowohl für Certiport-Zentren, die auf Gutscheinen basieren, als auch für solche, die auf Standortlizenzen basieren.
  • Alle Originalgutscheine müssen ausnahmslos vor Ablauf ihres Gültigkeitsdatums eingelöst werden.
  • Wiederholungsprüfungsgutscheine müssen innerhalb von 60 Tagen nach der ersten nicht bestandenen Prüfung eingelöst werden. Wurde ein Wiederholungsprüfungsgutschein erworben, wird dieser nach der nicht bestandenen Prüfung per E-Mail zugesandt.
  • Wenn festgestellt wird, dass das Testergebnis gegen diese Wiederholungsrichtlinie verstößt, wird dem Kandidaten die angestrebte Qualifikation unabhängig von der erreichten Punktzahl nicht verliehen.
